Al-Hilali Meets Hasaka Tribal Leaders to Stress Need for Social Cohesion

Hasaka Deputy Governor Ahmed al-Hilali held a meeting with a number of tribal elders and prominent tribal figures in Hasaka province as part of efforts to follow up on recent developments in the area.

The meeting, held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, addressed the current situation and the repercussions of recent events while also providing an opportunity to hear the views and positions of tribal elders.

The participants stressed the importance of strengthening communication and coordination among various social groups in order to maintain stability and civil peace and reinforce social cohesion across the province.
